HOW TO USE WI-FI NETWORK?
In order to use the service, find the list of available wifi networks and get connected to domonet network, you do not need a password at this stage. In case of connection via mobile device or tablet you will be redirected to the page of authorization automatically, where you will need to enter username and password of your Domonet account. If you do not have it, click "Register" button. If the page of registration is not displayed automatically, please enter any browser of any web-site for redirecting to the page of authorization. After successful authorization, you can use the Internet in full streaming capacity.

PAYMENT METHODS
1) Banking card :
Log in to your personal cabinet → Click the button "Payments" → Choose "Pay on-line" → Enter the sum you want pay to→ Select any convenient payment system, and complete the payment on the site of the system.
2) Using self-service terminals Easy Soft, Ibox etc:Search for "Домонет"→ Click on our logo-button → Enter the id of your account or username (login) → Put cash in terminal and complete the payment. Be sure to keep your check until the moment money be transferred to your Domonet balance.
3) Privat24 or Monobank:
Visit Privat24 or Monobank App → Choose "My payments or payment for Internet" → Create a new payment → Search for "Домонет", choose Домонет (оплатить домашний интернет) → Enter the id of your account or username (login) → You will be offered the sum to be paid, you can edit it or Continue → Complete the payment via the payment basket. In this case the payment will be made within 1 hour.

How are the services charged?
The service is available only on prepayment terms. On the 1st day of each month, your balance must be equal to your monthly fee.
How are the services charged if connection is not on 1st day of the month ?
You are charged partially, only for days from activation day till the end of the month.
For example, your activation date is the 10th day of the month and the monthly tariff is 99 UAH / month. On the 11th day at 00:05 you will be charged -66 UAH from your balance (20 days in current month). The next monthly fee will be charged on the 1st day of the next month to the connection month.
